Scanning Process:

Receiving inspection to all incoming material prior to scanning

Log sheet is created and all pages are counted and notes are taken.

Selection of output file format based on customer input

All staples and bindings are removed (spine on all perfect bound books will be cut and can't be reattached. Please advise of any restrictions prior to sending the material).

Documents are separated in logical order based on customer input

File names selection for each batch

Scan and conversion tests are performed

Scanning begins

In process inspection is performed on as needed bases.

Graphics files are saved on the server

OCR is performed if required and data is stored in the final format.

CD-Rs are made for the Graphics files and Text files. A backup set is stored in our facility for 2 years.
